Chng Hak Kiat
Chief Executive Officer
Chng Hak Kiat, a seasoned industry veteran, brings extensive expertise in data centre development, acquisition, leasing, and operations in APAC. As the former COO of Keppel Data Centres and Brookfield APAC DC Management, he spearheaded the expansion of Keppel DC's business from 2 to 20 regional assets and played a crucial role in its inaugural REIT listing in 2014. During his tenure at Brookfield, he was pivotal in the strategic development of the DCI business portfolio acquired from Blackstone. Chng places a premium on collaboration, steering partnerships with a keen emphasis on fostering synergies and cultivating an innovative culture within the ever-evolving data centre space.
Lim Pei Ping
Chief Operations Officer
Lim Pei Ping brings a distinctive edge to leading Epoch Digital’s operations. Formerly the Global Accounts Director at Keppel Data Centres, she adeptly managed client relationships and P&L responsibilities for major accounts. Lim not only excelled in leasing and maintaining occupancy of Keppel's Asia data centres but also played an instrumental role in the company's groundbreaking REIT listing in 2014. Her well-established connections span hyperscalers, corporate entities, and government clients, providing Epoch Digital with a unique blend of strategic networks and insights, along with a proven track record in optimising and sustaining clients’ business growth.
Boby Jacob Kurien

Boby Jacob Kurien brings a rich tapestry of experience from his tenure at esteemed companies such as IBM, Keppel DC, and Bridge DC. With over 14 years immersed in data centre business operations, strategy, sales, and solutions, Boby has cultivated a proven track record in global account management. His adeptness in negotiations and innovative solutioning resonates across hyperscalers, government clients, and corporate enterprises in SE Asia. Boby stands out for his distinctive approach, melding strategic insight with a dynamic understanding of the nuanced demands—shaping the future of digital infrastructure excellence.
Kwek Jia Ling
Finance Director
Kwek Jia Ling brings a strategic and disciplined approach to leading Epoch Digital’s finance and treasury functions, with a core focus on debt financing and capital structure management. With over 15 years of experience across treasury and corporate finance, she has cultivated a strong track record in debt financing, treasury management and strengthening investor and lender relationships.
Recognised for her collaborative leadership style and consistent delivery in fast-paced and dynamic environments, Jia Ling plays a pivotal role in supporting Epoch Digital’s growth ambitions. Prior to joining Epoch Digital, she served as Vice President, Treasury at GLP, where she led debt and sustainability-linked financing initiatives, liquidity and financial risk management, credit rating engagement, and debt investor relations.
